Launch your computer programmer career in 9 months!

Note: This program has been cancelled. Foothill College is launching a short-term, immersive software programming boot camp this fall at its new Sunnyvale Education Center, located in the heart of Moffett Park. In only one year, students will build web development skills, learn essential non-technical skills, partner with industry leaders, and receive practical career advice.

The demand for knowledgeable software programmers is high in Silicon Valley and data has shown that programmers do not need a college degree to get a job. They need tools and skills. The average entry-level salary varies between $60,000 - $70,000 annually. But with hundreds of boot camps throughout the Bay Area, why should students choose Foothill College?

  • Fast-Paced. 40 weeks, 5 days per week, 5 ½ hours per day.
  • Practical. Students will have a solid grasp on the following technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby and Rails.
  • Project Focused. Group and individual projects will give you practical experience.
  • Budget-Friendly. At only $2,000 for the academic year, the boot camp is affordable. Similar programs charge between $10,000 and $20,000.

To enroll in the program, interested students must have a valid high school diploma and have completed precalculus or Foothill's MATH 48C course. The program will begin this fall and applications are due no later than Friday, July 1.
